Disney-Heroes and me

Hi, guys! I’ve drawn myself again, this time surrounded with some Disney-characters. They all represent some of my favourite Disney movies and TV-shows.

Up row:

Mushu (Mulan): A very funny guy and one of my favourite dragons. A bit selfish sometimes, but very loyal and a good friend for Mulan. The movie itself is nice, but not my alltime favourite.

Genie (Aladdin): He is just too funny! I like his many slogans and transformations into other Disney characters. Actually the whole movie is very funny, but Genie is the best.

Kaa (The Junglebook): Actually my favourite character from this movie is Bagheera, but I took Kaa, because I’ve got already Simba on this pic and I wanted only one cat. Kaa is funny, but unlike in the original Junglebook stories he is evil.

Goofy (Classic Cartoons): My alltime favourite character from the Classic Cartoons. I actually like Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and Pluto too, but for me the stories with Goofy as the maincharacter are the best. Later he has his own TV-show called “Goof Troop”.

Down row:

Scrooge McDuck (DuckTales): One of my favourite Disney TV-shows. I actually have two favourite characters from there (the second is Launchpad McQuack), but I took Scrooge, because he reminds me more at myself. Okay, I’m not greedy or miserly, but I’m a very persistent and hard-working character, just like him.

DarkDiddyKong (me): Just myself, holding the wonderlamp in my hands.

Simba (The Lion King): The favourite character from my favourite Disney movie. I like Simba, because he reminds me at myself, when I was a kid: Playfull, fun-loving and headstrong. Now as an adult I still share some similarities with adult Simba: Serious, clever and slightly strict.

Ariel (The Little Mermaid): Actually my favourite character from this movie is Sebastian, but I took Ariel, becaue she is my favourite Disney princess and I wanted at least one girl on my pic. She is beautiful, is a great singer and has a nice personality, so what’s not to love? You may ask, why a boy likes this movie. The answer is easy: Childhood memories!

Darkwing Duck (Darkwing Duck): My second favourite Disney TV-show. There is not much explanation needed. Darkwing is just a super funny super-hero and so are his prizeless slogans.

Kuzco (The Emperors New Groove): Actually my favourite character from this movie is Kronk, but I took Kuzco, because with Genie there is already one muscular guy and I wanted only one. Kuzco is selfish, mean and ruthless, but that’s why I like him so much. At the end of the movie he learns to become a better person and is not so mean anymore.
